PULSE Terms of Use
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Pulse is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, plus these terms.
Not medical advice
Pulse gives general fitness and nutrition guidance generated by AI. It isn't medical advice and can be wrong. Talk to a doctor before big changes to your diet or training, and if you have a medical condition, an injury, an eating disorder, or are pregnant. Stop exercising and get medical help if you feel chest pain, faintness or severe shortness of breath.
AI credits
- AI features use credits. Prices per feature are shown in the app and may change.
- Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are used only inside Pulse.
- Pack credits don't expire while your account exists. Pulse Pro credits are added each billing period, and unused credits roll over while you stay subscribed.
Pulse Pro subscription
Pulse Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription billed to your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Your content
You own what you log. You give us permission to store and process it to run Pulse, including sending it to our AI provider to generate answers for you.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything illegal.
Liability
Pulse is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
